Rental Rates
The Tavares Pavilion has a variety of meeting rooms and event spaces available for your rental needs. Facilities can be booked up to 18 months in advance and are first-come-first-served. To secure the reservation, an initial payment of 50% of the rental fee and 50% of sales tax shall be paid to the City of Tavares upon the signing of the contract.

Holidays
- Holidays include New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veterans' Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve. (Holiday rate applies regardless of day of week.)
- The Pavilion will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
- Holidays that fall prior to a Monday include Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day. (if any other holiday falls on a Monday, the Saturday or holiday rate would then apply - i.e. Veterans Day, etc)
